Smts Company was established in 2003 as a young, dynamic,
indigenous Nigeria telecoms solutions and engineering company. Over the years we
have grown into a world-class medium-sized company of over 5 qualified engineers
from all engineering disciplines. We have become one of the leading telecom
solutions company, frequently chosen by Corporate Nigeria. Our growth has been
achieved by our professional attitude toward work, by first class solutions to
our clients’ needs within cost, time and quality constrains.
Smts company was one of the first indigenous companies to meet technical
pre-qualification requirements needed to partner with the GSM Network
Contractors. Since then we have indirectly worked as a strategic partner of the
major contractors to GSM operators, providing telecommunication infrastructures
across Nigeria.
To date, we have constructed over 127 cellular sites across the country and 12
site in Ghana. We have strategically positioned ourselves at the vital point
between the GSM operators and their major contractors. Our percentage share of
work with the leading GSM Contractors is increasing in the aggressive rollout
regime both Nigeri and Ghana
Given this fast cellular infrastructure growth currently prevalent in Nigeria
and Ghana, of which we are a major player, we decided in 2005 to spin off visual
Logics as a subsidiary of Visual Identity Group. Visual Logics focuses primarily
on all logistics involved in the effective roll out of new sites, thus better
positioning us to meet the specific needs of our clients. The core area of
Visual Logics includes clearing, warehousing, transportation, and sites
Logistics.
In early 2006 we noticed the prevalence of periodic scarcity of RF materials,
and as result ventured into stocking of RF materials. This stock are usually
released to complete our clients sites at the time scarcity. This singular
activity always ensures that sites are delivered on schedule by our clients.
With all these innovations, we have positioned ourselves as
one stop site builder giving world class services to our clients.
